Pacamara Collective

Do you like apples? I said, do you like apples? Well how do you like them prominent apple notes in this incredibly juicy Pacamara? It’s not often that we truly fall in love with one variety because choosing between some coffee varieties is like choosing between your favorite flavors of ice cream. Our high-cupping varieties are all unique and lovable for different reasons.

This low-yielding, high-cupping coffee collaboration (years in the making) of several producers with Pacamara has inspired us so much by its Fuji apple juiciness that Gold Mountain Coffee Growers is distributing seeds to farmers in its group. Never has a variety shown us such consistently juicy/sugary apple notes with such similarly-consistent smoothness. The enormous bean sizes catch customers’ attention as well. Pacamara is a cross between Pacas and Maragogipe.
