Occasionally, a day's harvest on a farm will have a unique flavor, which is exactly the case with our Baklava & Mango Natural Process Microlot. We celebrate these enzymatic (taste/smell) experiences of fruits and praline by combining their day-lots in this special microlot. This lot includes red and yellow caturra, red and yellow catuaí, and even some red pacamara, all picked as perfectly ripe cherries and dried for about 34 days on raised beds to ensure air circulation above and below the cherries. Fully traceable and direct. Enjoy this natural delight!
