Yoga in the Roastery II

Relax among the aroma of freshly roasted coffee! We will have the opportunity to sip on complimentary coffee before and after the one-hour yoga session from 10-11 AM.

 This one hour class will begin with breath and will slowly build movement that supports mobility and range of motion. For experienced yogis, expect a mellow hatha class. For newbies, expect to hold shapes for 4-5 breaths and build mind body connection. All levels welcome, no previous yoga experience required! 

Please plan on bringing a yoga mat and any props you'd like to use.
