Relax among the aroma of freshly roasted coffee! We will have the opportunity to sip on complimentary coffee before and after the one-hour yoga session from 10-11 AM.
Lynn Shuck, a yogi for decades, will guide us through an inclusive class for all levels. She specializes in movement and balance for those tired, desk-bound, stiff, or injured, looking for ways to move and stay healthy. Learn more about her methodology here.
Please plan on brining a yoga mat and any props you'd like to use.
